How is my return processed and how long does it take?
Once you have sent your item back, you may want to know how the process of your return is handled.
We have a team of staff who work on Fridays who's sole purpose is to process and inspect returns.
When you send your return back to us, it will be picked up by one of the return team, tested and contact will be made. More often that not, a replacement will be sent on the Friday and be with you on Saturday or Monday. If this isn't the case then you will be notified by email of any issue.
Please bare in mind that contact might be made after we receive the item back for many reasons. One of the more common reasons is that the packaging is damaged. This would mean we need to get new package for the item with a new serial number and wipe the serial number electronically from device, then add the new serial number. This can take a little time and Suppliers do charge for this.
If your item arrives back to the Returns team late on a Friday then it will be processed the next Friday.
