Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods. "In Stock" item indicates the item is available from the manufacturer and can be order on request.

Installation
Due to the complex nature of vehicle electrical systems, in the event that you experience any malfunction of the vehicle after installing equipment or products purchased from Car Audio Plus or websites part of the InCar-Network group, these products/equipment must be removed before you or your nominated agent commences diagnosis work on the vehicle.
The InCar-Network group of websites shall not be liable to the purchaser of any equipment/products for any amount in excess of the original purchase price of what was paid for the equipment/products. Nor will we be liable for costs associated with the installation or removal of equipment/products purchased from us in the event of incompatibility issues or faulty equipment/products.
Returns/Refunds
In Car Network and its group of websites provide a 30 day money back guarantee (Audio Assault - 14 days) provided you keep to our full returns/refunds terms listed below.
Terms of the Guarantee
We reserve the right to opt out of the extended money back guarantee should we feel that the customer is taking advantage of our good will.
NO refund over or above the original trasnaction value can be made and In Car Network are not held responsible for any extra costs that occur including installation and shipping.
PLEASE look after your packaging! If we receive any item back regardless of when it was ordered with damaged/lost packaging we reserve the right to dismiss the refund, or refund less 25% off the original amount (at our discretion) If you adeer to the terms there will be no issues with your refund.
In Car Network MUST receive all refundable items back to our returns/refunds team BEFORE the 30 day guarantee runs out (Audio Assault - 14 days), In Car Network will not be held responsible for items that arrive back at our refunds/returns team after your guarantee is over. All returns/refunds must arrive back with a returns number provided by our returns/refunds team, a returns number can be accessed here.
Any returns/refunds that arrive back which dont adheer to our terms will be sent back to the customer at their own cost.
Please remember that the extended guarantee that we offer is way above the minimum level that the Disctance Trading Act suggests, we offer this as a good will gesture to our customers but reserve the right to revoke this should it be neccessary.
If goods that are said to be faulty are checked by our suppliers/manufuactuers experts and are deemed to be in working order, any charge that we incur our will be forwarded to the customer.
**PLEASE NOTE, In Car Network cannot be held responsible if your vehicle has any abnormalities which result in any product/equipment not being able to function properly or function at all. If your vehicle has a certain Pin configuration then please check it BEFORE ordering. Some vehicles can be early or late registrants and the numberplate might not match the pins that are officially in the car.
**In Car Network and its group of websites reserve the right to refund LESS our postage costs should an item be refunded under the 30 day mony back guarantee. Please be aware when ordering that items such as CD Changer Packs or Multiple item orders will be dispatched directly from our suppliers therefore we could be charged 2 (or more) times for delivery. It is unfair for us to take a loss on a returned item just because the customer didnt want it, therefore our delivery costs will be taken from the amount payed. Proof of delivery costs can be forwarded via your returns ticket if needed**
