Step 2: If you still need help Submit a Support Ticket explaining the nature of your enquiry. We need to have the relevant information available to advise you best. Please Note: In order to do this we may have to contact our suppliers or couriers.

Returns: If you are Returning a Product to us, you will need to Contact Us to generate a Returns Number (Ticket ID) to write on the outside of your parcel. Goods returned without a returns number will be lost in our system.

1) Where is my Order?
Please allow up to 2 full business days after the day of ordering before contacting Support to check the status of your order. Deliveries are made up to 5pm Monday to Friday by courier or Royal Mail and some small items may be delivered on Saturdays if sent by Royal Mail.

2) I have items missing from my order, where are the other items?
We often send multiple items from different suppliers meaning you may have more than 1 delivery from different couriers. Please allow for this before contacting support.

3) My Product is not working what can i do?
The quickest way we can advise on this is for you to complete the (Contact Us) Support Form in the Support Centre giving your Order Number and the details of the problem. We can then use our product, techincal data and technical contacts to get a quick resolution to your particular issue or fault.
