Returning Your Product:
For the quickest return of your refund or replacement product, please follow these instructions to the letter.
Please obtain a Returns Number before returning your product: This is how...
First of all you need to contact us to obtain a Returns Number, to do this, simply open a Returns Ticket. Our Support staff will reply to you within the hour providing you with the Number. You will need to write this number onto the outside of the parcel you are returning.
Goods returned without a Returns Number displayed on the packaging may not be dealt with in the 7 day timescale, and may be returned back to you at your cost.
ALL returns must be submitted to the Support Team via an online ticket.
PLEASE DO NOT CALL OUR SALES TEAM, ONLY THE ONLINE SUPPORT TEAM CAN AUTHORISE A RETURN. Returning an item to us without authorization or by not following these guidelines could result in an admin fee should it take too long for staff members to locate your details and or issues with any products ordered.
Please Note: special ordered items (Autoleads, Dashmount, Brodit) will be deductable of upto 30% (re-stocking fee) from the original sale price.
Packaging Instructions when Returning Products:
When stepping through this very quick refund or replacement procedure, you will be asked why a request to return the purchase was made. It is our hope you can provide as much detailed information as possible. Our goal from this transaction is to learn how to serve you and the rest of our customer base better. Your candour is greatly appreciated.
- If you wish to return your order simply package the goods in new condition (scratched or marked products will be declined) securely so the contents cannot be seen inside, including all components, remotes, leads, accessories, manuals, warranty cards and licenses in it's original packaging. All product packaging must be present and in new condition.
- Please write your Returns Number on the outside of the packaging.
- Please include a copy of your Invoice and your Returns Number, a detailed note stating your reason for return unless you've given this on the Returns Form and if you would like a replacement or refund. Please also include your full name and all relevant contact details. Failure to do this will result in a delay.
- You should return the goods using a Recorded, Insured Delivery for protection against loss, damage or theft! Send to the address below using a courier of your choice. You will be responsible for adequately insuring the parcel/s. We do not cover items If they are lost in transit back to us.
- Upon receipt of your returned item/s, we will inspect the product to ensure it is still in new condition (scratched or marked products will be declined) and that all associated components, remotes, leads, accessories, manuals, warranty cards and licenses are present. We will then contact you and confirm that we have issued you with a replacement of your choice or full refund.
Refunds:
Products Returned for a refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt. We will email you confirmation of the refund for your records.
