The MBU 2000 Bluetooth adapter made by Viseeo is a Bluetooth car kit designed to work with Mercedes vehicles 2005 onwards. The MBU 2000 Provides you with Hands free bluetooth capabilities and functions which include Phonebook transfer and Steering Wheel Controls.
The MBU 2000 is designed to connect into UHI located in the arm rest and present in the majority of Mercedes vehicles. Most Mercedes vehicles 2005-Onward will already have a phone cradle connected into the UHI (Universal Handy Interface) that will only fit one type of phone (Usually Older Nokia Models) Handy if you have that phone, but usless if you dont.
The Viseeo MBU 2000 replaces all types of factory cradle's used with the UHI, Simply disconnect the previous cradle (if there was one) and insert the MBU2000 directly into the UHI connection (found around the arm rest area). If there isn't a factory phone cradle installed it's even easier, as it plugs straight into the existing connection.
The Viseeo unit is compatible with all Mercedes 2005 onwards with the UHI (Universal Handy Interface) present. It offers full connectivity into the Mercedes MOST Audio system and integrates with the Steering wheel controls and Radio Keypad buttons, furthermore the radio is auto muted when the phone is being used and the conversation is conducted through the vehicle speakers and microphone.

The MBU2000 allows you to use your current and future mobile phones with ease, Multiple phones can be paired with the Viseeo unit and the phonebook can be synchronised with each of them (depending on the phone). Controls on the Headunit (stereo) or the Steering wheel can be used operate the system and Vehicles with the Command Navigation System Headunit show information and details on the screen.
Once installed the MBU2000 is extremely simple to use! you virtually have nothing to do. The System automatically starts when the ignition in on, and it automatically routes calls through the Bluetooth Module to the car audio system. Simply press the answer button on the steering wheel or radio / Navigation to answer the call.
Once the phone is paired to the system you dont even need to remove your phone from you pocket, handbag or briefcase. Access to phone is all done through the bluetooth module (MBU2000) and the vehicle display, simply select who you want to call and start conversation.
